Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carl Roberts to the podcast. Carl was last on Season 5, Episode 12 and 39. Carl Roberts is Founder of Colorado Resilience and SplitSmart.
Carl is trying to bring solutions into the divorce/family court process where a case shouldn't drag out for years, but only 30 days. There are so many homicides and suicides that are perpetuated by the Family Court system as well as CPS. Carl shared his ideas on the screen (Slam the Gavel YouTube) that contain solutions. In doing presentations, Carl discussed his ideas and solutions and was met with silence. The path to restoration, justice and family healing is what Carl has to offer people that are divorcing and it seems the judiciary/family law doesn't want any part of it. Because of lack of accountability, oversight and transparency the court system is in the state it is in.
We discussed the weaponization of the system with people calling CPS for either good faith concerns, questionable caller intent and ill intent to gain advantage. False accusations ruin lives and there is no accountability. All professionals that police the family court in order to destroy families are there in order to get paid. We talked about how Parental Alienation is weaponized in order to gain custody, with no accountability.
This is not a battle of the sexes. Carl discussed that today's Feminists, where there are a loud minority and silent majority, appear to hate the family unit. Female judges rule unfairly on female litigants as well as male judges ruling unfairly on male litigants. How is this fair. We discussed cases that are taking place in New York, North Carolina and Kentucky. This comes down to the judiciary disregarding evidence without accountability. The system does not care.
Bill encouraged, "get over yourself, whatever injustices have happened to you, go to the other gender just as easily. We have to get away from the battle of the sexes that serves nobody but the system. We have to start unifying."
