Born in 1946 on a farm in Norway, he managed family operations from a young age and later graduated from Agricultural College. After serving a mandatory year in the Norwegian military driving a battle tank, Nost pursued diverse interests, including learning hypnosis as a teenager, studying metaphysics, spirituality, and multiple languages. At age 25, he moved to the U.S. to attend flight school at Emery School of Aviation in Greeley, Colorado, and became a licensed pilot. Nost is the author of two books: Spiritual Science, Higher Conscious Thinking, and How to Access the Universal Consciousness (available on Amazon) and *Universal Success Principles and How Billionaires Think*. His work explores topics such as universal consciousness, metaphysics, UFOs, and the power of the mind. He co-hosts *The Universal Consciousness Show*, a radio program broadcast live on Mondays at 11:00 AM Pacific Time, discussing spirituality, consciousness, and extraterrestrial phenomena. Nost also produced a documentary, *Fastwalkers Open Files, Volume Six*, covering UFOs, alien presence, and related topics. In 2000, Nost ran for Congress as a Libertarian candidate in Arizona's 5th Congressional District, earning 1.4% of the vote. He is active on social media and runs a website (aage-nost.com) where he shares insights on spirituality and consciousness. Nost has appeared in media, including the 2004 film Making Waves and a 2003 episode of the TV series *Horizon*.
