In this special we speak with Laura Fredrickson-Gosewisch, who is a regenerative vegetable farmer, market vegetable grower, and manager of a Farmers Market on the West Side of St. Paul (https://westsidefarmersmarket.net). Fredrickson-Gosewisch is passionate about supporting farmers, is a member of the Farmers Union (https://mfu.org/), and does educational self-care events for farmers. Also Fredrickson-Gosewisch is involved with GROWS (https://www.wsco.org/grows) and in the leadership of Metro Food Justice Network (https://mfjn.org/).
