Fast forward to 2022, where more than 28,000 users are watching porn every second & millions are viewing on a daily basis, it's safe to say that porn is the pandemic that has plagued the world. Accessible, affordable and intense - it is unlike anything our previous generations had to face & yet many are reluctant to shed the appropriate light within their communities. In this episode, we try to crackdown on the ongoing impacts of compulsive pornography consumption and discuss the following:

- The origins of porn and why we face a battle like no other

- Dopamine influx, Hypofrontality and the effects on the brain

- Compound effects of sins

- Breaking free from the addiction
