In late 2020 Aidan and Stephen began walking in the evenings together through their local forest park and felt their discussions were interesting, thought-provoking and made them feel healthier in both body and mind. They decided to try to record some of these chats and send them out to the world in the hope of inspiring others to continue the conversation.
They want to bring people together over a cuppa, with an aim to create a community that can share thoughts, ideas, love, compassion, and realism in a safe non-judgemental environment while discussing the meaning and purpose of life, health, and much more.

When is enough work on yourself enough? Is it ever enough? Do we need to constantly strive to be better and life "optimally"? They continue from their previous episode speaking about how the struggle to be idle and how they continually strive to live "Optimally" which is an unrealistic goal and how optimal lliving might be a fad that we have both fallen for. As always the lads are open and embracing their vulnerability and how they are always learning and are trying to live in a way that they are not always trying to learn. Are conclusions made? Perhaps not but plenty food for thought.
