‐ Self-love is a lot harder to accomplish than most think. We have so many layers of "programming" that have told us how to love ourselves and who we should be, that many of us have forgotten what really lights us up. ‐ Step into a place with no limitations to start to discover what it is you truly want from a deeper level. This act creates a ripple that has the possiblilty to lead to getting to know your authentic self and eventually loving yourself for who you are at a soul level ‐ without guilt, remorse, or apology. This is a small step but it IS a step. ‐ Please know that you are not the only one who has stopped asking what you want and you are not alone. Start allowing yourself the safe space of asking what you want and start watching your life change as you start to honor that.
