In this episode, I’m joined by Luz, a girl coach and mentor with Blissful Minds Coaching, who runs the “Yes! Girl Life” program. We dive into the powerful role that mentorship plays in raising strong and courageous daughters.
Together, we explore the importance of teaching young girls about sisterhood and how empowering them at an early age to support one another helps them grow into women who lift others up. We also discuss navigating friendships, making smart choices, and fostering open communication.
Most importantly, we talk about the value of letting our daughters embrace who they truly are, encouraging their growth into confident and authentic women, free from the pressures of being molded into someone else’s vision.

Helping moms find a proactive way to empower their daughters in a fun and creative space. I lead girl empowerment programs by creating an environment that inspires mindset growth; encourages taking risks in a compassionate way; and provides the freedom to communicate openly.
My vision is to empower girls with the tools they need to thrive in life. I want each girl to go after what they want without excuses, fears, or judgment from any challenges they may face. Instead they will experience resilience and persistence to reach their highest self everyday by choosing who they are first.
These mindset shifts will heal them inside out. Nourishing the mind and body is an integral part to early development into their adult years.
I am currently offering in-person empowerment workshops for girls aged 7-15 and virtual coaching sessions for girls aged 11-15.
