Sometimes I feel like the "self-help" industry is just like any other, there to make money, but this is with a mask of helping you. Don't get me wrong, I do believe people who write these books stems from a very nice place, but not all self-help books are actually helpful. Being in the creative industry, I want to recommend a few books that really helped me. Let me know what you think.
