The Beatles and Lennon had been a big part of my childhood, my dad loved them; I love the song - the whole idea of what he's saying in it - plus, it's a connection with my parents ☺️ Down Under - Men at Work:    • Men At Work - Down Under (Official HD...   - reminds me firstly of safety at home and the environment at the time it was released. It calms me, particularly when I was angry at life like losing at sports. The lyrics spoke directly to my soul, as I was devastated after losing my much loved grandfather. My girlfriends particularly didn't have a clue who I was underneath the mask. By My Side - INXS:    • INXS - By My Side   - I played this to one of my girlfriends who was in university in those small hours, uncertain and anxious, I need to call you - my mind was awash with what might be happening in university. Another Night - Real McCoy:    • Real McCoy - Another Night (Videoclip)   - absolutely incredible part of my life, even if I was drinking heavily by now - me and my mates were having a great time. Back to Life - Soul II Soul:    • Soul II Soul - Back To Life (However ...   - everything about what they wrote - CLUB CLASSICS was an album I'd listen to - not so much when I'd completely lost interest in everyone, and everything, never understood how spiritual they were/are - just brilliant. Highly applicable to every part of my life - disintegration to reintegration and transformation - a wonderful new experience. Haydn's Trumpet Concerto -    • Alison Balsom, 'Haydn Trumpet Concert...  : simply amazing - brings back memories of when things were difficult but kinda manageable; I studied it at GCSE and it has a connection to some great friends. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
