AstroForge has already raised $55 million to support its missions, including fine-tuning technologies for refining asteroid materials in deep space.

To put this into perspective, asteroids are believed to be packed with iron ore, nickel, and precious metals at much higher concentrations than those found on Earth. This could unlock a cost-effective and sustainable mining solution, safeguarding our planet's future by replenishing resources.

Here's a quirky space fact for you: Did you know that there are nearly 9,000 asteroids larger than 150 feet in diameter orbiting near Earth? These asteroids are like treasure troves of valuable resources just waiting to be tapped.
