Eric Kussin had a successful career in the NBA League Office, and senior management positions with teams in the NHL. Eric’s mental health took a sudden and rapid decline as he had unresolved personal life traumas he failed to appropriately address at a younger age. Eric talks about his journey with mental health, which has led to him starting a new company called 'Same Here Global'. "Mental health lives on a continuum and we are ALL impacted…we ALL have a story".
