The hot chicken shop has practically taken over Los Angeles, and chef/co-founder Johnny Ray Zone shows off his encyclopedic knowledge of peppers and spice while explaining his personal connection with hot chicken. And we try the off-menu Howlin+...and the results aren't pretty.
