Hello Wanderer / Wonderer!

spiritual advice from a barbarian lunatic

[Parental Advisory - Explicit Content]

...will bring to you in prose and rhyme, records from an age of slime.

The recordings for 2026 [in retrospective] are quite clearly the tokens of a mind that is making an effort to let go, with occasional moments of clingitude [neologismic spontaneity].

Thus, follow an explorer and hear what he has lived, but also understand the mind that is able to shift....and sift....through the gore of your eventful upbringing.

Shame. Lust. Greed for more. While I'm awake, those clingers snore. What I here give thee is a voice, that learned the consequence of honest choice.

What falls away, as you can no longer convince your self that it is necessary? How many hours does it take, to be free of a toxic mentality? Questions. Answers. The mind as a space to find out. Retrospective foresight...may help you to transcend your doubts.

My method is a combination of focus-exercises, breath and diet, including recipes for teas and foods that help you to be creative and push through, which I bring up on various occasions.

This is the closest I am currently able to describe: spiritual advice from a barbarian lunatic.
