As we go through life and experience anxiety, depression, disappointments due to sour relationships, traumas, poor decisions, or some other reasons - each experience is equivalent to having mud thrown at us as we drive through the journey of life.

We obviously attempt to clear and push pass the mud, turning on the windshield wipers. But we do it with our own beliefs without knowing if they are right or not, without being CLEAR about it. This makes our efforts to keep driving. And instead of being clear, our windshield becomes dirtier and sometimes it even breaks by the harder hits of life.

At this point, we feel insecure, in the moments of doubt, are unsure of the direction of which were going.

This is where you need to get clarity for your path to clean your mind, body, and soul from experiences that are holding you back.
