When I very first pulled my own chart, I felt overwhelmed and super confused by what I saw. I almost didn't want to learn more because it I thought there was no way I could make sense of it all. Thankfully I dove in and didn't let that hold me back, but I know for so many this does. So, before we go into more pieces within the chart, I thought it would be supportive to first give more context to the overall body graph.
