02. Pysical activity to support women after gestational diabetes with Elysa Ioannou

This week Will, Andy, and special guest Elysa Ioannou discuss optimising physical activity as a means to support women with/after gestational diabetes.

Elysa is a PhD student at Sheffield Hallam University. Their work has the potential to support women with unconventional barriers to activity and could reduce the burden diabetes brings on national healthcare systems.

You can read some of Elysa’s work HERE and HERE.
