06. Making sense of coaches’ well-being within football contexts with Andy Higham
This week, host of the podcast Andy Higham discusses all things related to football coaches’ well-being, as well as how his PhD tries to explore well-being in novel ways.
The aim of Andy’s PhD work is to explore how football coaches experience and make sense of well-being. Andy is particularly interested in how socio-contextual systems shape sensemaking over time. He explores such contextual interactions by using a variety of qualitative research approaches.
You can connect with Andy and read some of his work HERE.
