Jess is a highly skilled UEFA A Licence Coach with extensive international experience, including roles as Assistant Coach for England's WU15, WU16, and WU23 National Teams. With eight years of dedicated work in the England Women's Talent Pathway, she has been instrumental in identifying and nurturing the next generation of "Future Lionesses," while supporting the development of national team players. Her qualifications include a UEFA A Licence, FA Youth Award, and a BSc (Hons) in Sport, Physical Education & Coaching Science from the University of Birmingham, UK. Jess has held key roles such as FA Talent Technical Coach, Head Coach for the FA National Development Programme, and strategic leader of the Discover My Talent Campaign in the North East of England, contributing to the creation of a high-performing culture within the talent pathway.
