
After every year i do this one activity. I call it charting the wheel of life. The 7 key areas of my life and the lives of many are discussed in this episode and what you can do to figure out how your time and energy has been spent.
I have always found this exercise is enlightening for me. Having a framework to literally pick apart my life has allowed me to reduce the stress i have on certain areas of my life and manage my own expectations.
In saying that, it also shows where i'm wasting my energy and what parts of my life i'm dominating in.
