A woman in the male dominated worlds of automotive and gas/oil for much of her career, Jamie wanted to ensure her VOICE was heard. not volume-wise, but power-wise because she was well-trained, well-educated, and had the RIGHT STUFF to communicate.  She believes in having a MAC plan in your life (Mentor, Allies, Champions.) and she credits Derek Jeter with saying "Hit It To Me" as sign of true CONFIDENCE in his ability to get the job done.  We all need HITM in our tool box.
