Many of us have something we're hiding, something we're ashamed of, something that through no fault of our own happens to us/for us and we keep ourselves hidden from each other and the world. I was scammed out of A LOT of money in an online romance scam and found that owning it gave me courage! We need to educate ourselves to Beware and Be Aware! Stand Up & Speak Up features ordinary people who've been through extraordinary situations and found the courage to step out from behind their "smiles" and speak up so others can learn from them. It's "Just a Conversation!"

Tenacity - Resilience After Adversity with Chad Osinga and Debby Montgomery Johnson

Stand Up & Speak Up with Debby Montgomery Johnson and Chad Osinga.

Sniper duty prepared for the unexpected yet his life took turns even he couldn't have planned for.  Growing up in a drug house with a mother addicted to cocaine, Chad looked to the only mentors around and they provided nothing positive.  Thinking that life was a success if you were to the TOP DRUG SALESMAN, Chad broke free.  He joined the Army, with his wife and first child at this side.  Basic Training and advanced operational training knocked him down yet  brought him back UP to heights of confidence, courage, and personal awareness that he had VALUE.  At the top of his "game" professionally, his family life took a hit when his 5 year old daughter suffered a stroke.  His two younger sons were diagnosed on the spectrum of Autism and he got hit, not once, but TWICE while enjoying "wind therapy" riding his beloved motorcycles.  I believe this man has 9 lives and he's on the 7th - he's got resilience and is known as Mr. Tenacity.  Join us and see why he's not six feet under.

* Hesitation is the magnifier to fear.

*Every mistake is feedback!

*You are NOT your past
