As the last episode of 2022, I wanted to discuss some of the challenges that men are facing.

I do this on the tail end of retiring home from a weekend that transformed my life in the best way possible. I've recently participated in a transformational weekend of connecting with other powerful men where the focus was joy.

When was the last time as a man where you got to focus on connection and joy with other men who need nothing from you, but want to support and uplift you? Can't remember? Thought so...
