The Endeavour has positioned itself at a unique point near the McLaren nebula, to witness a truly unique astronomical event.  At this exact point in the sector, two solar eclipses will be visible.

It is a special opportunity for our astronomy sciences team to study the light distortion effects that are a truly rare gift.  Starfleet is looking forward to hearing the results of our experiments, and the crew are delighted to take part in a more sociable event taking place aboard Endeavour
