142 | 5 Decisions I’m Making To Prepare My Service-based Business For the New Year
Hey Friend,
Welcome to the “Start That Business” podcast, where I help Christian women in corporate launch their first service-based business from scratch while working full-time.
As the year comes to a close, I’m not preparing for the next season with more hustle, pressure, or unrealistic goals. I’m preparing by retreating with God.
In this episode, I’m inviting you into what I call a CEO Retreat with God, where preparation looks like reflection, realignment, and surrender instead of striving. I share the five intentional decisions I’m making to steward my service-based business well in the new year, decisions rooted in gratitude, obedience, wisdom, and clarity.
We’ll talk about how to reflect on God’s goodness and what you’ve truly accomplished this year, how to realign your beliefs and desires with God’s Word and will, how to evaluate what worked (and what didn’t) without shame, how to refocus on who God is calling you to become next, and how to relaunch the new year with a word that anchors your decisions and direction.
This episode is for the woman who feels called to more but doesn’t want to build from pressure or performance. It’s for the leader who desires peace, alignment, and clarity as she steps into what’s next.
