This episode covers the process of finding and viewing properties before making an offer. There are a plethora of ways to find new homes on the market, and some are better than others. Regardless of how you find a home, it's important to reconcile each against your list of Must Haves, Wants, and Nice To Haves to see how good a fit it is. Sometimes, you won't find what you want in the neighborhoods you're looking in and have to widen your search area to consider neighborhoods you know nothing about. Keep in mind that the longer it takes to find a home, the less exciting it will be, so keep yourself on track with an agent who will use your time wisely to get you where you want to be before your tank runs dry. Remember, you have a long way to go and need to pace yourself for signing a contract and making it to closing. Thanks for listening.
