I’m super excited about having Dee Matchett on the latest episode of Stay Healthy Knoxviile. We had the opportunity to discuss how you can improve your bone health through osteogenic loading.  It is an exciting and informative podcast highlighting the importance of keeping your bones strong and how you can achieve a stronger you, naturally- by means of osteogenic loading.   Listen to the podcast episode to find out more about: What is osteogenic loading?
