Welcome to another episode of Steph Speaks About Stuff, my open journal exploring my stuff with the hope that as I process my "stuff" out loud it will help you process your stuff.

This month's episode is about the stuff I'm feeling as I walk towards my 2022 personal goal. Each year people set goals and resolutions. Well, I frankly don't believe in New Year's resolutions and I typically avoid setting personal goals just to satisfy some societal norm. That being said, let's talk about why I'm calling 2022, "The Year of NO!" and what I hope you'll get out of hearing me say it.
