#101 Søren Bregendal: What do fame and glory do to a man’s Life and in Leadership? How do you balance ambition with happiness? How do you cultivate discipline to achieve true success, and how can you strengthen your intuitive capacities as both a man and a leader? From a young age, Søren has been immersed in the entertainment industry, gaining national and international recognition as a singer, songwriter, and actor. His performances in 11 movies, TV shows, and as part of two successful bands, C21 and Lighthouse X, which represented Denmark at Eurovision, have brought him acclaim. “It is essential that we continue to play in life, to heed the call of adventure. Discover what truly matters to you, then take that first step. Don’t allow your vision to be small. Rise above limiting thoughts, and soon, what once felt like a daunting challenge will seem like a fleeting cloud, briefly passing the sun.” In addition to his creative pursuits, Søren has served as a senior consultant and project leader for various organizations and NGOs, including his role as Creative Director for the Danish Heart Foundation. Currently, he continues his work as an actor—most recently starring in two seasons of the #1 Netflix series Emily in Paris—and as a singer-songwriter with the comeback of C21. He is also a senior consultant and board member at the Danish holistic health brand Lucia Care, as well as a trained astrologer. “We are here to manifest. We do this by engaging deeply in life, in relationships, in creation, and by nurturing the spark that lives in our hearts.” Søren holds a degree in leadership and management and is a certified business coach. His work centers around purpose-driven impact, value-based innovation, creative leadership, and a profound interest in personal growth. “I have something to offer, and I have so much more to learn.” In this podcast, we dive deep into Søren’s journey. Let his story and insights inspire you to become not only a better leader, but also a better human being.
