Violette van Gaver is the founder of Je Parle Cuisine, a project that aims to offer multi-sensorial experiences around the French food culture and language. She deeply believes in the power of cooking to break down cultural boundaries. She also created the program, Cooking Solidario with the NGO Madrid for Refugees, and organizes cooking classes taught by refugees.
