Food brings us together so much more than we know. In this episode, I spoke to pastry chef Florence Elisabeth about her shared meriendas, Slow Talks, and how she uses it to connect people but to also inspire change and impact.
Born in Martinique, grew up in France, and now living in Madrid, Florence traded her career in finance to create her own venture in pastry. Through Slowpastry, her goal is to demonstrate the power of pastry to create connection and authentic conversations through talks and workshops focused on co-creation and creativity.
