Alison Mountford is the Founder and CEO of Ends+Stems, a meal planning service designed to reduce household food waste and the effects of climate change. Alison has 15 years of experience as a professional chef and entrepreneur. Ends+Stems is also the host of The Great Food Waste Challenge, a free online resource and international community where anyone can pledge their intention to reduce food waste. The Challenge has 800 participants from 9 countries and counting.
