Neglecting our sleep!
Listen in because sleep actually increases your hunger hormone and also suppressed your fullness hormone. This in turn increases your cravings for those highs carb and sweet foods, all while making you not feel full and eat more and more and...more.
But, there is a way to break this cycle. Listen in to my tips at the end of this episode.
