Here is why seeing binge eating as a response and NOT who you are can truly help you take that step back, see what is truly happening, and take the right actions in the right direction.
Binge eating is often a response to internal and/or external triggers, and this is why seeing that there is a cause not related to motivation or will power, will help you heal your eating habits.
