His sales career began when he was seven years old when he accompanied his mother to the market to sell maize and oranges. He used the skills he learned to start his first business at the age of eleven, while still in primary school. His entrepreneurial spirit persisted throughout high school and at the Technical University of Mombasa, where he sold various consumables and services to fellow students in order to support himself.  We hope you enjoy hearing MK's story and that it inspires you to believe in yourself and keep doing the work to enable you to become.
