In this episode I (Amy) interview Yael Rosenstock Gonzales, a sex educator researcher coach and author founder of  Kaleidoscope Vibrations, a company dedicated to supporting people in finding confidence in their identities through which they can find community and build representation. In this episode we discuss 

• How we form our identities when we are younger 
• How we are forced into identities and how the static nature of identities are for other's convenience 
• How those perceptions influence us later in life What we are told femininity should look or feel like, and what happens when we do not look or feel that way 
• How two separate people can perceive the same experience differently 

Yael and I discuss these intense topics, that  influence how we see ourselves  and therefore influence how we present ourselves in the world and who we attract into our lives. And we address these topics by discussing the 1990's sitcom, The Nanny, and how we each received messages about what it means to be a sexy Jewish woman in very different ways because of our upbringings, our influences and our genetics.
