(1) Sedentary lifestyle, lack of blood flow  

2) Too much caffeine, reduces the size of the brain  

(3) Excess alcohol, get to grow bad bacteria in the gut

(6) A 2003 study showed a high saturated diet doubled the risk for Alzheimer’s. Keep your level of Arachidonic acid low, AA is highly inflammatory. You can test your level with an Omega 3 test.
