Medha turned author when she was already well into her fifties. She's well known for writing Shivaji's biography, "Challenging Destiny." The book became an instant bestseller and has been translated into Hindi and Marathi. This unassuming writer has a rich knowledge and experience in the corporate sector ( with some interesting anecdotes that she shares during the interview). She's worked in marketing and business development in countries like Germany, UAE and of course India.
