I attempt to bike and hike my way up to Signal Knob in the Elizabeth Furnace Recreational Area to record some ambiences for Places. From the road, to Mud Hole Gap, to Strasburg Reservoir, to Signal Knob, and back. Hike-a-bike becomes the way frequently and quite quickly. I spot some Barred Owls and other good birds. I cross some streams, drink from a spring, and give myself reminders for next time; like use bug spray. I remember a dream where I was forced to be an actor.
