Der Pflegeberuf ist voller Menschen mit den verschiedensten Persönlichkeiten. Introvertierte Menschen treffen tagtäglich auf Extrovertierte, und ruhige Menschen auf energiegeladene. Wie deine introvertierte oder extrovertierte Persönlichkeit, den Pflegeberuf beeinflussen kann und wie du sie optimal einsetzt, ohne dich zu verbiegen, besprechen wir in dieser Folge mit Dr. Sylvia Löhken. Sie ist Autorin, Trainerin und Auftragsrednerin zum Thema Intro- und Extroversion. Dabei schaut sie sich besonders an, welche Auswirkungen das auf das berufliche und private Leben der Betroffenen hat. Wir schauen uns genau das in dieser Folge genauer an: Was bedeuten Intro- und Extroversion überhaupt? Ist ein Persönlichkeitsmerkmal besser als das andere?
