I traded in comparison, feeling behind, and wasted time for peace in my path and intention with my time. Often times we're harder on ourselves than we would ever be on anyone else. As i'm getting closer to publishing and launching my book i've had a bunch of doubts circling my mind. Here's what i've been saying to myself and what i'm constantly reminding myself of too!
