In this week’s episode we are joined by Siobhan who shares with us her birth experience of her son Raffy. Siobhan birthed her son Raffy at home as planned, after her waters went at 37 weeks. Siobhan talks of the mental challenges presented after her waters had gone but contractions didn’t start for another 4 days. Siobhan talks about how her intuition spoke to her from the very beginning of pregnancy & throughout, the importance of her support team, setting boundaries when navigating certain decisions at the end of pregnancy & throughout labour.
