Trevor is best known for creating the viral monster Siren Head as well as many other cryptids and creatures. He also did the concept art for the monsters in the 2024 horror film 'Tarot', serves as Creative Director on the horror audio drama series 'The Maybrook Society', and is the author of the children's horror novel 'Scarewaves' as well as its sequel 'Scarewaves: Beyond the Grave'.
