The search for the letter leads her back in time to mid-century Ethiopia, where her grandparents worked as Mennonite Missionaries. The film explores topics of family separation, the ripple effects of Western evangelism, intergenerational healing, and the universal experience of searching for a place to call home.-----------------------------------
