Side hustling was always close to Nathan's heart and his success story is unique in that he didn't need to sell his assets to get started. By building skill sets, being the main sales person in the beginning, and outsourcing tasks and processes, he was able to secure project after project until his side hustles were employing 70 people at one time. His side hustles would evolve into full businesses worth millions of dollars. Nathan learned that there are ways to scale faster by focusing on less time-consuming tasks and making sure he hires people who want to grow along with you. Nathan shares his experiences with integrating software into his business and the need to add them as the need comes along, not as an infrastructure that's set in stone. This allows your company to adapt to rapid changes and to get the most functionality from these different tools.
