Wasteland, Baby! and Destroyer's Rubies

Welcome to episode #3 of TapeMakers!

We are back this week to talk about all sorts of things! First, we catch up as Jared has moved house and Josh visited the middle of America. Then we get deep into Wasteland, Baby! The much-anticipated follow-up to Hozier's debut album. Does this Irish Blues, Folk, Gospel artist hit it out of the park with his new R&B-infused sound or does it leave us wanting more? After that, we pontificate about the obscure and referential lyrics of Destroyer on his offering, Destroyer's Rubies. Does this mixture of dark and dense lyricism and fun upbeat instrumentation hit the perfect balance or does it all fall apart? Come listen and find out!

We also talk about how you will be able to recommend albums to us and when you can listen to us talk about said albums.
