Elementary Number Theory by David M. Burton | Math Series

Thanks for tuning into another episode! This episode reads an excerpt from the second edition of David M. Burton, "Elementary Number Theory". Yes, this a math book! It is an older math book comprised mostly of theorems and proofs but I was delighted to find that it gives a lot of history and context to the time period and mathematicians for which the theorems are named.

I am currently taking up number theory as a pastime and find it to be very rewarding in more ways than one. It has caused me to see that even in the seemingly simple facts of life, there lies a world of complexity.

Did you enjoy this math history lesson? Let me know your thoughts!
