Hello everyone, and welcome to this season's first episode in English. This week, I am joined by football writer and member of the Breaking The Line content creators, Richard Pike. Together, we talked about all things Conference League: whether we think it's been a good first few months for this new competition, some of the failures in the group stages but more importantly what's up next. We started with a discussion of PSV and Vitesse who are both involved in this week's ties, before moving to the broader Dutch context, with AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord joining the next round. We then moved on to Leicester and Marseille, who were both expected to do better in their respective group stage campaigns. We finished by talking about the favourites and some players you should look out for in this new competition. You should definitely be in front of your televisions Thursday night.
