Being a teacher is stressful! But, the stress of teaching during the holiday madness can be challenging. But, I am here to give you some things that have helped me throughout the years. I am certainly not perfect at them, so creating this list was a good reminder for me as well. Holiday stress is real for all of us! So today, I hope to help you with that, my friend!
