Belle Spillman has been in the early childhood sector for more than 20 years. She had a great career as a HR manager and her journey began when she struggled to find quality early learning services for her own children. This experience inspired her to study early childhood education and to provide high-quality early education for young people. Now she is a leader, mentor and has a consultancy business called Our Business Mentors. Belle radiates as a leader who is passionate about people – children, families and educators. She emphasized the importance of knowing the people we work with and offering curiosity rather than judgment. She also spoke about self-investment as something crucial in self-growth and leadership – it is the active and intentional work that you put in yourself in being the best version of yourself.
