Century up! Wimbledon Day 6 is in the books — join Kim and Chris as they reflect on another milestone day for Novak Djokovic, who glided into the fourth round and notched his 100th match win at Wimbledon on Centre Court. Jannik Sinner also enjoyed a comfortable win, cruising past an injured Pedro Martinez, while Marin Cilic continued his strong grass-court form. Grigor Dimitrov reached his own milestone with his 100th Grand Slam match win, and the ever-consistent Alex De Minaur booked yet another second-week Slam appearance - he’s now reached the last 16 in 7 of the last 8 Slams.
It was a dramatic day on the women’s side too, sparking debate among the team: is Iga Swiatek now the favourite from the bottom half of the draw to reach the final? And what’s with all the pasta and strawberries? There were tears as defending champion Barbora Krejcikova fell to Emma Navarro, guaranteeing an eighth consecutive new women’s champion at Wimbledon. Why is it so hard to defend the women’s title? The team weighs in. Meanwhile, hot favourite Elena Rybakina was also sent packing by Clara Tauson, seemingly unsettled by her No. 2 Court assignment. Should she have been on Centre or No. 1 Court — and should it have made a difference? Whilst teen sensation Mirra Andreeva breezed through to R4 to get the team thinking just how influential it is to have a previous champion in Conchita Martinez by your side.
